Web-Conferencing Room available for scheduled Tele-Conferencing with Laptop rentals, and Print/Scan/Copy services. The Web-Conferencing Room also features a 16’ conference workspace, a 55” Vibe Smart Board, a 4K Webcam, and a 10-person Omnidirectional Conference Mic/Speaker. A laptop is available for rent in case you forgot yours! Training and Set-Up is complimentary!
